2. Code of Conduct Pinned

This Community is for construction professionals, Simplebim partners, educators, and software integrators who want to share their BIM knowledge, solve problems, and promote digital construction excellence. 

What We Value

•    Practice over perfectionism: real-world problems deserve real-world answers;
•    All levels of BIM data knowledge: learning is growth.
•    Peer-to-peer talks: everyone has something to teach and learn.
•    Credit: share generously, quote respectfully;
•    Constructive discussion: critique the idea, not the person;
•    Respect for time and effort: a question asked deserves a thoughtful answer; a contribution shared deserves appreciation;
•    Shared growth: we all rise by elevating each other.

Member Conduct

Members commit to fostering an open, respectful, and generous space for exchange and growth. 

Every member is expected to:

• Respect others and communicate constructively.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
• Avoid spamming, advertising, or promoting unrelated products.
• Share only lawful, original, or properly attributed content.
• Keep sensitive or private project data confidential.

The Community Managers reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that does not comply with these standards.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you post.
• By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform for educational and community purposes.
• You agree not to upload copyrighted material without permission.

Community Recognition

Participation may lead to recognition (e.g., badges, mentions, access to exclusive content). These are symbolic and carry no financial value.
