Add New Excel Template (Legacy)

Simplebim templates are Excel files that follow a specific structure. For this reason, all new templates should be created using the Simplebim Excel “template template”. Follow the steps below to create a new Simplebim Excel template.

Click the drop-down menu button in the Dataflow panel and select 'Add New Excel Template (Legacy)'.

After you have filled in the basic information for the new Simplebim template and clicked the 'Add' button, the template is created in the default location. If you have not changed the default location to a custom location in the Simplebim settings, the template will be saved here:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Datacubist\Simplebim\11\User Templates
