Add Coordinate Info tool adds different kinds of coordinate information to the objects. The calculations are done based on the objects' geometry in the world coordinate system. You can set one or more properties and their values at the same time.

Objects
Select Object Class, Group, Group Category, Top Most, or Part-level objects. These are the objects that will be enriched with the coordinate information.
Property Set Name
Name of the property set for the coordinate properties. The property set name is used when trying to find the existing property from the model, or when the tool automatically creates properties for you. This happens when the tool cannot find the Properties of the model.
This is not a mistake. It is actually very convenient to let the tool create the properties. This way, you can skip the extra step of adding the property separately to the model. However, in order for Simplebim to export the Properties to IFC, it needs to know which property set it belongs to. This is just how IFC works. Use the Property Set Name to define the property set. This can be basically anything. Probably some property set of your own. The one your company uses or some BIM exchange requirement has been defined.
Set Minimum X Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the minimum x coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Minimum X Property
Defines the property where you want to set the x minimum value.
Set Minimum Y Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the minimum y coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Minimum Y Property
Defines the property where you want to set the y minimum value.
Set Minimum Z Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the minimum z coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Minimum Z Property
Defines the property where you want to set the z minimum value.
Set Maximum X Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the maximum x coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Maximum X Property
Defines the property where you want to set the x maximum value.
Set Maximum Y Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the maximum y coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Maximum Y Property
Defines the property where you want to set the y maximum value.
Set Maximum Z Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the maximum z coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Maximum Z Property
Defines the property where you want to set the z maximum value.
Set Center of Gravity X Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the center of gravity x coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Center of Gravity X Property
Defines the property where you want to set the center of gravity x value.
Set Center of Gravity Y Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the center of gravity y coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Center of Gravity Y Property
Defines the property where you want to set the center of gravity y value.
Set Center of Gravity Z Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the center of gravity z coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates.
Center of Gravity Z Property
Defines the property where you want to set the center of gravity z value.
Set Distance from Building Storey Z Coordinate
Choose whether you want to set the distance from the building storey z coordinate of the object geometry to the object. The coordinates are in the world coordinates. The distance is measured from the building storey's lowest elevation. The building storey is the one, that the object is assigned to in the model tree.
Distance from Building Storey Z Property
Defines the property where you want to set the distance from building storey z value.
