How do I get support?

There’s a lot of information, video tutorials and guidelines here on our support website.

You get installation, licensing and usage issue support primary from your local Simplebim reseller. However, if you purchased your license directly from us, then send a message to support@simplebim.com. We have a very good support – so we have been told.

We and our resellers also provide different levels of training, and services to get you started with BIM data management.

If you need more advanced service levels, please contact Simplebim sales at sales@simplebim.com.
